Process
Our process follows a traditional approach for an architectural firm. We highly value communicating with our customers, listening carefully to their needs and wants to ensure we can exceed their expectations. Furthermore, we maintain constant communication throughout the process, until final delivery.
Initial proposal
Budget
A no-obligation meeting to meet our team of architects, where we will ask questions and better understand your project and needs. In addition to proposing a personalized quote based on the meeting.
After payment we begin the briefing stage
Briefing
At this stage we call the client to understand in depth the needs of their project, we collect all the necessary data to start the proposal.
Partial Delivery
After 15 days, we scheduled a meeting to present our first proposal based on the briefing. It is important to highlight that at this stage the project is under development. During the meeting, we explained our choices and listened to the customer's feedback, identifying what they liked and what they didn't like.

Final Delivery
In another 15 days, we will be ready to deliver the final product of the project. This includes a detailed architectural plan, covering all aspects necessary to execute the project, such as joinery, ceiling, flooring and electrical points. This result is the result of the feedback received during partial delivery.

Assistance
Once the project is completed, we provide assistance so that the customer can carry it out. This may include assistance in finding qualified professionals to carry out the project, or answering any questions that may arise during the process.
